We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect, and why
We collect as little as we can. Here is all of it.
When you contact us
What: Your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in the message.
Why: To answer you. That is the entire reason.
Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect a reply. If you asked us for a quote, it is also pre-contractual necessity.
How long we keep it: Three years from our last contact, then we delete it.
When you become a customer
What: Contact details for the people we work with, billing information, and the technical details of the systems we support.
Why: To deliver the service, invoice you, and support you.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract, and legal obligation for anything we are required to retain.
How long: For the life of the contract, plus seven years for tax and accounting records.
When you visit this website
Nothing. This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies, and uses no third-party trackers. See the Cookie Policy.
When you apply for a job
What: Whatever is in your CV and application.
Why: To assess your application.
Legal basis: Pre-contractual steps at your request.
How long: Six months after the process ends, unless you agree we can keep it longer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We never will.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

If our provider list changes, we will update this table before the new provider handles any personal data.

International transfers
We are based in Singapore. If you are in the EU or UK, your data will be transferred outside your region. We rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law for these transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have the right to:
- See what data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it
- Object to us processing it
- Take it with you in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent
- Complain to a supervisory authority: in the EU, your national data protection authority; in Singapore, the PDPC
To exercise any of these, email privacy@nptsolutions.co. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not make it difficult.
Security
We keep your data on systems protected by access controls, encryption in transit, and the same standards we apply to our customers' networks. We would be poor advertisements for a cyber compliance service if we did not.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority within the time limits the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell affected customers directly rather than hoping they notice.
